Worlds no3 AND no4 test batsmen batting in tandem in a first class game, how many teams can boast that?

Rain in Lancashire.
Good for the hosepipe ban I guess.

Plenty of wickets this morning. Middlesex 6 down already and Kent & Derbyshire both lost 4 wickets.

Hattrick for Jordan Clark at Old Trafford and what a trio of victims - Root, Williamson and Bairstow! Apparently he had an appeal for lbw first ball against Ballance too so could have had 4 in 4.

Bloody hell. Great story for him.
Typical of Yorkshire's players coming back.

Both sides desperate for a win. Lancs well in charge.
Overcast and humid in Nottingham, maybe bowlers' conditions across the country too.

Stonemercenary is probably daft enough to think that that'll save his England career

It's an almost unbelievable horror run. Even our lot don't manage it!
Jennings and Buttler out as well so not a good day for the England players.

Livingstone not batting yet either - apparently injured his arm fielding and had to be helped off the field!

Lancs 92/6 now! Trailing by 100 and it looks as if Livingstone won't bat.

Good comeback for Yorks. Still playing as well.
Do we still have points reductions for 18 wickets in a day.
