Backing us to beat Hampshire and win well. Porter and Harmer looking good again with the ball, and only a matter of time before our batting line up fires

Yorks could easily rest both Brooks and Benco.... maybe even Brezza too. I have no idea why they are even in the squad... just need spin after spin after spin in this modern exemplary cricket pitch at Taunton.

Think long jump, and hope that Yorkshire ask the groundsmen to rake the pit after every ball

or ask the Titch to check if the pitch has been raked to a fine tilth before the toss

Brooks says he's only ever taken one wicket in a CC match at Taunton in his career.

The Taunton strip is quite well spoken of in the wider cricket chattersphere for the variety it lends the CC. I can see both sides (I think).

Yorkshire's bowling getting badly shredded by (Yorkshire born) Matt Renshaw this morning.

Quite a collapse going on by Sussex against Gloucs in CC2. 92-0 -> 117-8.

Out for 112 as part of a dramatic collapse - Somerset 182/8!
