It was. But we quickly asked the ECB & SKY to move it to 11am, to avoid clashing with the England World Cup game evening.

That didn't go very well.

All southern final (again?). Well done to Hants and Kent.

No shame in losing to the better side. Yorkshire (or any other North group side for that matter) are not going to face a quality bowling quartet of Steyn, Wood, Topley and Dawson.

Chasing 350 with three genuine tail-enders is always going to be a bit much. One wonders whether a bowling all-rounder in Rafiq, Waite or even Thompson would have made any difference.

All good and well bemoaning about losing players to England, but it has been the case since in every One Day Cup competition since 2015 and it's likely to happen next year. One common theme in knockout competitions is Yorkshire are better defending totals than chasing, so maybe in future it's win the toss and bat first unless if it's a juicy green top and overcast skies.

there must be something up with Rafiq, because even if he can't get a game with Rashid in the side, but still can't when Rashid is away with England

what's the matter with these players? You wouldn't have found the old players doing anything as cissy as that.... proper players in the old days!

I agree!

Berg was out for a few weeks earlier in the season, but only because his girlfriend was about to drop a sprog, took her a about a fortnight to make her mind up, and in the process he missed two or three Championship matches.

What happened to the good old days when men spent labour in the boozer and waited for the barman to shout there's a phone call for you Bob from the hospital.

Overrated this being at the birth nonsense.

Because folk don't frequent the pub like they used to do in the good old days?
