I guess its because the date has yet to be confirmed.

Sky decide the dates only after who plays who has been confirmed and at what venues.

I think one game is a Saturday ( or Sunday?) afternoon. Wonder if it'd make sense for 'our' game to be played then as both sets of supporters will have to travel. It seems logical but that means little these days.

Sod both sets of supporters-it's what suits Sky.

And the game will take place on...Wednesday! Free entry for Durham members.

The Saturday QF is another evening game. I assumed it'd be an afternoon one but it's not.

It would have clashed with the 4th test so understandable.Providing the test lasts that long :d'oh:

Yep! Smith back and no Jimmy.
I just wondered if it might have been better to have the weekend game here because both the home and away supporters have to travel. It'll be interesting to see the size of the crowd.

Raining heavily now. Forecast suggests we might be in for a delayed start with better weather around 8pm.

heavy rain and as black as a witches hat too. the rain was forecast for early afternoon, instead it's turned up at the worst possible time. I can't see me heading down unless something remarkable happens.

Let the travelling Lanky fans hang around for the 5 over bowl off

or is there a reserve day for the QF's? That'd be interesting... sending the fans home and bringing them all back over the M62 again tomorrow

I think there is a reserve day. Not sure if they do everything possible to avoid it - ie play a 5 over game if possible. I suspect they do.
