As the doctor ordered, a wicket right before the new ball.

So yes, all about the new ball. Remove one of these two, and the three guys who are left could all fall very quickly.

Are you at the game Brendy? I think Organ has been brilliant, figures have been ruined by some poor fielding.

Don't get me wrong, Organ has bowled very tidily. But given the foot holes - created largely by Barker - I just think that a front line spinner would have done some real damage today. Jeetan was getting turn yesterday. Indeed, just look at that cracking wicket from Organ. A part-timer getting a ball to turn and bowl Hain like that; nice.

Organ also turned into Tahir when he bowled him and went on a 40 yard sprint.

No front line spinner. Dropped catches. A recipe for failing to win on the final day.

A much, much bigger blow than the losses to Essex and Somerset (who are both just better than us).

Whoever decided to keep bowling Fidel (might have been Alfonso Thomas who kept passing instructions from balcony) needs sacking

One of his worst matches for us. By some distance our worst bowler in this match, I'd suggest.

I wouldn't be shocked if Fuller replaces him for the Kent game, with bowler rotation in mind.

Berg was given a 5 over spell at the start and bowled well, beat the bat a few times, then was given 3 overs mid afternoon and then 2 2-over spells late in the day, it was mystifying

Donald now has 434 runs this season @ 54.25 off 437 balls. His strike rate is above 99.

I couldn’t work out why we signed him at the back end of last year and now I’m excited for what he offers

Was a very exciting prospect when he 1st appeared for Glamorgan then he plateaued 2nd season. Often happens. Be wary-if that form continues he'll get the England call.
