Wonder if it's getting to the point where he needs to move on and make a new start? It seems to have worked for Alex Lees - although now I've said it Haseeb will probably get 200 in the second innings and Lees won't score any runs for the rest of the season.

He's more than welcome to try out a new start on the south coast. Weatherley-Soames is easily the worst opening pair since I've been following Hampshire. Both are a long, long, long way from being good enough.
It's a huge shame really, because our middle order is as good as it's been for a long time. If only they weren't always coming in at 10-2.
