Yes, injured pre-season but different injury to one at end of last season.

80 left to get in 10 overs, 4 wickets down, after going along at over 5 and a half an over to get themselves into this position

And again Yorks fail to close out a game they dominated until near the end.

Disappointing stuff. Scoring some runs at least though. Which is an improvement.

isn't that the plan?

ECB want county batsmen to rediscover the art of batting out to save a match. Is this the reason why so many decks have been flat in April...... doesn't the return to 8pts for a draw incentivise counties to produce batting decks?
