I can only assume that Steven Davies' time at Surrey must be coming to an end. A wicket keeper batsman who isn't keeping wicket because of Ben Foakes and is now severely under pressure as a batsman by the form of Domonic Sibley due to the fact that Sibley can also bowl.
Think he may be moving on in the summer.

we would take him at Chelmsford!!!! at 37 foster is probably close to reitrement and we keep giving away our potential replacements... e.g. wheater, foakes

Nick Compton has been given some time away from cricket.
Sounds like his head isn't in the right place at the moment. That may be him not selected for the Pakistan series.
