Spinners should not be allowed any flex at all, they don't have the excuse that fast bowlers do.
I agree that spinners should be permitted no flex at all and should play by the laws of the game, not in direct contravention of them.
The "flexing" of fast bowlers' arms is just another myth promoted by the ICC to help them preserve their empire.
