Really difficult to say because you need good fortune to win the County Championship as well as performances and Durham had it by the bucket load last year. In comparison Yorkshire effectively got punished for two poor performances at home to Sussex and Durham, whilst pulling off magnificent performances in most matches.
Division One is more competitive than ever, I wouldn't even rule out Northamptonshire pulling a heist mainly for their momentum and squad togetherness.
Ended up voting for Middlesex, but it's literally anyones for the taking.
