Seems as if the new ECB salary cap has put a block in the path of Surrey resigning KP. Now that's an awfully large measure to take to put one over on KP.

he's made up for it now

whilst I wholeheartedly agree with the point he was making doing so in such a confrontational and dismissive way is extremely counter-productive

I know I am talking about a different level but when I was 14-15 and playing golf at a fairly high level for my age I was encouraged to play at senior level rather than with other juniors, as the only way I was going to improve was playing with and against people who were better than I was, and it worked. its too easy for people to stagnate and either learn or perpetuate bad habits when the level of competition is diluted as even doing so they can still be successful at that level.
