was just thinking the exact same thing

I thought cricinfo was broken as there had been no updates then noticed they were having lunch

makes no sense to enforce these "rules" at the best of times imo let alone an A team game which I doubt is televised

I don't really value runs made in this sort of circumstance much. Chasing a substandard score with the pressure off.

Well, if it is. Often it's a team getting a fresh pitch at the toss which eases up in the afternoon. Either way, there's no scoreboard pressure.

I do agree that having no pressure to score runs quickly makes a difference

still think it will be good to see if roy can make a decent score opening and maybe show he is more than just a t20 slogger

Stokes out for 31 off 50 balls.

Not his greatest innings but only 2 an over needed so no need to blast it about. Very patient innings.
