Broad going to work Holder over with the short one now...

Need to knock one of these over soonish , or they'll start getting a bit anxious.

Possible , certainly. Though one wicket now would pretty well scotch that.

But if these two get through to tea...

rashid would be as well getting a plane home

even with tredwell being successful in this game I still maintain he shouldn't have been in the squad , his selection was a result of being in and around the England ODI squad rather than based on anything he has done in first class cricket and he was what I suppose you would call an "establishment pick"

if I was rashid I would be mightily pi$$ed off after doing what was asked of me in domestic cricket and being overlooked like this

Tredwell was a safe option, though understandable considering he doesn't let England down when called upon. But adding an unfit Moeen Ali to the squad adds insult to those not playing and makes a mockery of the domestic system.

As I said earlier, if Adil Rashid was Australian he'd be long playing international cricket by now and be dubbed as the next Shane Warne.

Legspinners like Dev Bishoo and Damion Jacobs have cleaned up the PCL, which is the WI domestic four-day competition, so I'm surprised Rashid wasn't give a run against us...I'm pleased, but surprised!

It's gone a bit stale.

Looks like we will have at least an hour of the final session.

Indeed. West Indies session , unless something happens now.

Apart from the first wicket , all batsmen have settled in ; which shows how unhelpful this pitch is for the bowlers. Can't fault their effort - but some inspiration seems needed to get this break...and not quite sure where it's coming from...

Have to credit Ramdin and Holder : would have been easy to despair after Blackwood threw away his wicket , but they've really played well.

What if, and it's a pretty big if, these two bat for another 20 overs, and the runs needed are about 100. Do they go for it?

beginning to really rate holder

he looks to have a very good head on his shoulders and handles himself very well

I know he suffers from a similar issue Darren Sammy had with a question of whether he is good enough atm to be a 3rd seamer but given the right support his bowling should develop, he definitely has the right build to get a lot more pace than he does atm

all in all someone the WI need to stick with

I think they are still meant to try and get the full 90 overs in even on day 5
