has anyone seen that for the MIDDLESEX 50 over game on 01-08-15 MEMBERS are expected to cough up £40 to "upgrade" their tickets because of a f*cking Boyzone concert at the RB after the game !!!!!!!

the club will refund it though if you don't stay for the concert though , I've never been this angry over Hampshire

Agree - it's ridiculous. What's the betting there is a handling fee on the refund as well!

It'll be interesting if Adams replaces Wood or Briggs tomorrow. Logic says Briggs (no need for two spinners in May), but the bowling stats from last week say Wood.

Their batting line up doesn't scare me at all - on paper, ours wins hands down in my view. However their bowling attack is right up there, even without Woakes. There's just no let up. And ultimately, I do fear that the disparity in the two bowling attacks will be a bigger difference than the disparity in the batting line ups. Especially given that they've stuck us in, which hardly suggests a flat wicket with little prospect of swing.

To be fair, both opening partnership worked for us against you too. It's was the partnerships after that (aside from Ervine-Wood 1st innings and Carberry-Smith 2nd innings) that didn't!

At least this time, we still have Carberry to come.
