some of the journalist are being annoying about the Catch especially when many of them are so hypocrites and annoying when England benefit over them.

They should have been looking to be batting till lunch tomorrow, with a lead of 250ish. More responsible batting, and they could have been.

Yeah that's fair enough, but this is New Zulland and to even be in this position shows how far they've come along in the past few years.

I think you are missing the point that Corey Anderson and Brendon McCullum will never feel comfortable in scoring runs in England so you can argue they both tried to score runs quickly before they actually get one ball with their name on it.

Not sure what the hate about McCullum innings considering I thought his partnership with Williamson worked well.

If En Zed can bowl 15 overs at England tonight then that gives them the second new ball 65 overs into tomorrow. This could be a very interesting test match.

I'd expect more from a number 5. Root would have been slaughtered if he had scored a quick 40, with his side being 400-3, with two and a half days left. McCullum was lucky to make 40.

Issue is McCullum not in the same class as Root.
McCullum is batting one or two place high up in the Test team.

Tough one on McCullum he could have batted normally and get out on 0-10 or score a quick fire 40 and take is chances.

If he's unable to bat with a bit of nous on a flat Lords pitch, then NZ should be getting a man that can. I do though think he can, which is why I'm criticising his tactics.

It's one thing to be positive, another to be reckless. This is the man who has a 200 and 300 to his name in recent times. By the way HATE is not applicable, rather dismay.

By the way McCullum averages 29 away from home and his hopeless in 5 of the test playing nations.
Averages 28 in england after 9 test and he has failed in Aus, SA, Sri lanka and West indies.

tough ask expecting much from him in today conditions.

I might be in a minority but not sure McCullum is that good.
I reckon his test performances last year were an one off.

maybe guessing McCullum just had no faith in his defence, could have been more smart with his shot selection though considering he got Corey Anderson next ( Neesham should be picked) and keeper +tail.
In another day NZ could have collapsed for 450 all out.
