Quite reasonable for England to try and avoid defeat before trying to win. Butt if they /were/ pushing for a win, they would have made sure they got a second new ball.

A draw will be a good result in a first Test for NZ. For England, it will be a good result considering some of the positions they have been in.

Of course if England win from here which is odds on, especially after that delivery then no one will remember how Cook finished this match. He'll probably get man of the match. :clap
