Found myself working in Brighton yesterday so was able to watch the last two hours. Very impressed by how genuinely quick and aggressively Fidel "Castro" Edwards was bowling.
Old boy Nigel Cowley did us a favour with that late LBW - never in doubt (although half the Sussex fans were grumbling it was going down leg the other half it was going over off!).
As well as the batting heroics yesterday, it seems our catching has been top class. Certainly Vince's to dismiss Ed Joyce was excellent in the slips.

He would have been in the same Hants team as Nigel Cowley at one time.

One wicket could bring all 4. Sussex will target 300 to give them at least a slender target to defend, but Need probably 350-400 to realistically put Hampshire under pressure

I would say its highly unlikely you will be required to. 150 is more likely, 200 for us would be amazing but unlikely, 250 is stuff of dreams and not reality.

121 ahead now and this partnership looks rock solid.

A minimum of a 200 lead from here looks extremely likely.
