Too much of a trouble maker and a disruptive influence in the dressing room.

People keep saying that no one cares, and it's over. But it's only over when people stop caring, and that's still the case. It was always about more than just Kevin. Who can have observed Giles Clarke's grotesque presence in The Death of a Gentleman and not have reservations about the mentality of the ECB.

It feels a bit patronising to expect this to go away just because England have won a series. It can stop being an issue, but not for that reason.

KP is a bit dim but not dim enough to say that England should have picked him in a series they won. Even though he could say with good reason that England's middle order was very reliant on Root.

Strauss saying England hadn't moved from KP on at the start of the summer, then saying they have its the end, was quite unpleasantly opportunistic, but sadly unsurprising. KP really has been shafted several times over. Next thing we'll hear is that if Pietersen really wanted to play for England, he should have scored runs in the CC, again. As it turned out, England could have done with his availability in the Ashes.

Well, for Kevin he realistically needs to find a life outside the game now, and that is easier with more friends around you then enemies.

Not really sure why, but Darren Lehmann has decided in his infinite "boof"-dom to come out and have a dig at Kevin Pietersen, saying that his failure for the Stars in the BBL semi final was cause for him to be moved on, and that he is paid too much money.

His failure aside, he was his teams top scorer this year (averaged 39!!) and 5th in the tournament. And this is coming off being 2nd/3rd top scorer in the tournament in previous years. Form doesnt seem to be a question, and the wages are apparently not huge for KP compared to others.

Seems a very rather bizarre rant. Not in the least because Hussey (Captain), Fleming (Coach) and the President have come out at various recent times to say how much KP is giving back to the Stars and how good he is working with the developing players.
