What a rip-off.
you could always watch it for free if you know someone with BT broadband and share their login details.

Probably easier to find an internet stream. Wont be as good quality but better than nothing.
Competition is supposed to benefit the customer not fleece more money out of them.

TBH with cricket it should be easier and cheaper to have 2 broadcaster showing the cricket.
but this assumes you only follow one team and not really interested in neutral games.
with cricket tours are usually 2 months so if bt are showing the game cancel Sky for 3 months and when Sky are showing English cricket again cancel BT and join Sky.
remember when ITV had ipl I use to get Sky sports at half price for 6 months every year lol.
literally I would cancel sky at feb/march and join again at june or july would give the may series a miss and always got sky at 6 months half price and when that usually expired I would probably cancel or pay full for one month before cancelling.
Cricket is not like football where you actually need two subscription at the same time.
although it does get messy if you want to watch all the cricket live.
think Virgin might be the cheapest place if you want both sky and BT.

some of those are weird
I don't think hazlewood bowled particularly well but he still took 16 wickets @ 25 and he gets 3.5/10 compared to Lyth getting 3/10

depends if they agree to the mandate from the BCCI about what they are allowed to talk about
pre-emptive censorship

Yeah i had a look at these. Just proves that Swann is not a great pundit. Is he trying to be controversial? Or is he just too biased to be a good long term pundit?
Heard him on the commentary a couple of times and did not like the way he came across. Time will tell if he has a long career in the media.

you cant really do any of that without penalty clauses as providers usually require you to sign minimum 12 month contracts

I'm taking the fifth amendment.

Posted before the Ashes that all this stuff was possible if things didn't go to well. Under pressure going into Edgbaston - said so himself - since then has received 3 deliveries with his name on it.
It's pretty clear that, at present, Bell values family life above all other considerations, and that probably for the first time in his life, cricket will take second place when it comes to decisions about his career.
