Barbados have to fight through the qualifiers to earn the right to play teams like USA and Mexico, and until they're good enough, they won't play them. It's called "offering them an incentive"....

Well, when UEFA based teams stop winning wold cups, and CONCACAF start winning loads, I am sure UEFA will take a leaf out of their book.
But while they continue to dominate at the top level, I am sure they can ignore what Barbados and Mexico are doing.
