Can't work out why Yorkshire are resting players for a competition they have already won
Putting faith in players who have got them this far in the competition which is fair enough.
I would agree, but they picked Lyth

To be fair,as Harmison has just said on Sky,that was a masterclass on how to compose a 1day innings by Klinger. Yorkshire didn't get enough runs to make Gloucs have to take risks.

I feel 260 odd was a defendable total, but Yorkshire barely threatened with the ball. Pyrah too often bowled a fraction short and wide of off-stump.
Pyrah, Patterson and Rhodes are too similar bowlers in terms of pace. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but Brooks should have played for that extra variety in the bowling attack.

Yes in Plunkett's absence Yorkshire were definately lacking a "go to" bowler. Does highlight the too heavy schedule when 1day semis clash with ODIs.
