woakes wicket taking stats look ok with 47 wickets in 36 games but hes had 2 6fers so the rest of his career he averages one wicket per match and in almost half his games he hasn't taken a wicket

I don't think that's good enough for an opening bowler

finn's played almost double the games woakes has and has fewer wicketless returns

woakes is very much like anderson, when the ball doesnt move in the air or off the wicket he struggles

finn has always struck me as a bowler who gets lots of lucky wickets, lots of length balls that get hit up in the air

i would imagine that is probably due to the bounce he gets

burns has gone, probably not a bad thing for australia given how he was playing
