I've had the very same injury, the tibia and fibula, playing rugby. No oxygen just bloody agony!

Haven't seen it, was it a bad tackle?

not really , both players were moving pretty fast and the defender kinda came in from the side

was in the box and the ref never gave a penalty , altho a few of the pundits were saying they thought it should have been a pen and a red card, they were ex-united players tho

It beggars belief when you think of the financial differential between the two leagues.

When you think Nani got sent off for bringing the ball down, a few years ago against Madrid, but this tackle has been talked as just one of those things, it does beggar belief with the new rules in place. It was clearly accidental, but I do think it was a little reckless.

It was being talked about last season when none of the English clubs reached the quarter final stage and Juventus made the final. I guess last night's result at Man C focuses the subject again.

The UEFA coefficient isn't about how strong the league is. It only takes into account CL and EL performances. Our CL teams consistently go out early and our EL teams don't care about that competition so we aren't getting many coefficient points now. Italy are back on the way up with Juve making the final last year and some other teams doing alright in the EL. If last season is replicated this year then Italy will get our fourth spot. http://www.espnfc.co.uk/blog/tactics-an ... -arrogance

The Premier League teams will always struggle in Europe while teams like Juventus and PSV win their respective leagues in February and can rest whole squads for mid week matches.

Both of his feet were off the ground as he comes through the tackle. As a united fan i felt it was a rash challenge, but as Moreno himself has said who cares after what's happened to Shaw. Shaws double fracture has completely overshadowed the result.

What a first five minutes in the Chelsea game, hundred mile an hour stuff with some awful refereeing and a terrible penalty.

Did someone just say that is the 107 red card of Wegners reign :no

The team sitting 16th in the premiership looks like being the only English team to win in the Champions league this week.
