I suppose it's not hard for the producer to pursue that agenda.

Stokes is good against pace. And the bowlers must be tiring.

this is a ben stokes pitch

the sort of true bounce and pace he likes

hopefully he sticks around for a while (more fantasy points for me)

as i type he puts the spinner into the stands with a perfect slog sweep

Wicket! Another middling score.

Morris' first wicket- well done to him.

Decent enough ball to get rid of Root. This isn't exactly going well since just before tea.

50 and out again for root, awful shot

he has been so frustrating all year in test matches, looks imperious then plays a stupid shot and nicks behind

all day we have looked like getting into a strong position but then losing a wicket

350 is probably a good score on a pitch where all the genuine edges will actually carry to the slips

Hope it's not catching because that was often one of the big criticisms of Bell who has 46 Test 50s.

He needs to be as ruthless as Smith, warner and Williamson

He should easily have another 5 hundreds on his resume

Morris is showing us why Steyn, Philander and Abbott are so badly missed when they are injured....
Nobody has a stance quite like the mighty Shivnarine....
