Oh crikey.... I've been so caught up with the whole WT20 thing that I forgot to do this earlier. I did the spreadsheet at lunchtime, but didn't remember in sufficient time to do all the leaderboards

Very poor of me, really. This FL is nearing it's climax, it's a 2 horse race, Bird has just scored about a million gazillion points, and If I was Red or Arthur, I'd have been champing at the bit all day to see how things stand

SA-v-Tassie didn't last long

of the 10 Tassie players selected to take part in this year's FL, only 2 are playing currently, and only 4 have played in at least half of the matches. Looking back at last year, of the 9 players selected, only 5 played in half their matches, so either Tassie haven't got a clue who their best team is, or we don't.

I think I'll just avoid their players next year

Tassie didn't have their best team all year. A woeful Sheffield Shield from them.

I didn't pick any Tasmania players, but Bailey would have been worth having.

I thought about Bailey, but decided that he was too close to the Aussie national side and would probably miss chunks of the season

which is ironic, really, because nearly half of my 'nowhere near the Aussie side' team have missed huge chunks of the season playing for Australia.
