I genuinely thought Leicester would slip up today. Grinding it out takes a lot of mental strength, luck or not.

They had to soak up alot of pressure, but Soton only really had one clear cut chance and that was in the first half.

Alot of credit has to go to Leicester's defence, a really solid, no nonsense back four and keeper. Conceded plenty of goals in the first half of the season but latterly Ranieri has managed to instill the Italian way into them.

I've given up being surprised this season at how many fouls the likes of Simpson and Kante can commit, without being carded. Same again today.

I didn't think we at all deserved to lose today, but then again despite having so much control of the game, in my view, (and corner, after corner, after corner), we only created real chance.

Or it scares the big clubs to get their acts together. Realise that they can't just turn up each week, each season, and win. To make sure that this never happens again. Can you seriously tell me that Man City put as much effort in their scouting department when looking for CBs over the past few years than they could have done? Something like £60m combined for Otamendi and Mangala. Lazy, un-researched signings, the likes of which might now stop.

West Ham are unique. A London based club, with pretty much a big stadium provided to them for free. They are ripe for going up the league. But as a Saints fan, I can safely say that Leicester winning the league doesn't give me any more hope that my team might be able to replicate it. I still see a ceiling hanging right above us, and many others.

Saw the MOTD highlights of the Leicester game. Simpson's was a definite hand ball, and red, I suppose. Like Brendy said, that was the only real chance they had, unlike Leicester, who will never enjoy loads of possession, but will create chances. Simpson's being the best. In fact that was one of the misses of the season. Half the goal open, and he hits it back at the keeper.

Not sure what handball you're referring to, if it the one where his arm was down and in front of his body, there was no way that was deliberate handball. The ball would have hit his chest in any case. If MOTD are suggesting penalty then they're clutching at straws big time.

It's the handball that ranieri referred to as a fantastic save. The one that should have left Leicester a goal and man down and lose the game.

Refs have been their 12 th man all season so shouldn't be surprised. They even have two goalies now

The whole football establishment are pining for Leicester to win it, so the fact the ref didnt give it has nothing to do with anything.

not that many teams fans should complain. After all, Man United got years of it.
