It didn't seem to bother the Man U players much, they were having a right laff.

I think in this instance though it had the potential to have changed a massive result. Not sure I would want to play after fans attacked my bus. Simply not acceptable.

If CSKA Moscow get a punishment for a few racist noises, then actual physical intimidation should command a far greater punishment.

The footage I have seen is of one United player laughing while filming the others looking a bit bemused and lying on the floor. Van Gaal is seen lying on the floor.

Not acceptable at all.

Must admit the whole atmosphere did seem to get to the Man U players in the first half, and West Ham should have been 3 goals up by half time.

Michael Carrick was looking as cool as a cucumber sat in his seat. Probably the experience of being an ex West Ham player!

I don't think Utd can blame the result on what happened, and they haven't in fairness. As Budget said, most of them looked at ease.

I thought I read somewhere that Van Gaal said it affected his players

I think they were affected first half, but seemed to settle down after half time.

Its a pretty valid one in this case.

Maybe, though his players hardly looked afraid on the bus. Plus Utd were 2-1 up with little time left, and lost. I'd put that down to on field concentration.

Were Utd late? I read they were. if so, a fine should be coming their way. Twice in a month is the kind of thing you expect from a Sunday morning side before sat-nav days.
