Difference being division 2 get the crowds, cricket isn't plus 50+ prices removes families from going considering it will cost 200 pounds for 4 people to Go.

Prices should be around 30-50 pounds anything over 50 pounds is too much especially for lower nations games.

Just look at Durham tickets sales are poor they really need the money yet they still charging 50 pounds for the first 3 days.

Not really sure the people who base their test attendances on the difference between £30 and £50 are the type of people who would smash the bar and hot dog van apart at £5/£10 a pop respectively.

Hardly an average crowd, almost a full house today and tomorrow is more or less sold out. Many of the empty seats will either be people yet to turn up or buying drinks in the bars.

Typical ticket prices for this test match are £35, £40, £45 and £55, most tickets are in the lower two price brackets.

I suggest you never go to the Oval if you find that expensive. I remember paying £75 quid for a ticket to see Pakistan walk off a while back, and that was 12 years ago now I believe.

Yorkshire have priced the tickets well, Durham haven't they all the same priced.
Also it is not a full house at least 3000-5000 empty seats.

It cost me £20 to watch Wycombe Wanderers play Northampton Town two years ago. Paying £40-£50 to watch England play Cricket is good value.

I know was looking at the Pakistan series near London and the south and all the prices are ridiculous.
Be jokes this year when no one hardly turn up.
Hopefully tickets prices will be better after 2020 If cricket survive till then.

Sri-Lanka in May. Not exactly a recipe for high attendances.

Especially at the ticket prices. If ECB are only interested in T20 why don't they just allocate these tests around the grounds free, then just take 90% of the gate money at a certain figure?

I appreciate that's another debate for elsewhere though.
