For me it depends on the opposition. Happily pay £50-60 quid for Aus & SA. Possibly India too. £30-£40 tops depending on others. SL is certainly a £30 ticket.

If Division two football teams charge in some cases £25-30 for a game, then £50 for a national team playing upwards of 7 hours is good value for money.

IIRC, Bristol Rovers have the highest prices in the league, and their average ticket price is £28!!! Which is ludicrous for that level!!

Agree suspect counties would like the same prices but the overprice bidding for the games meant they need to sell tickets for stupid amounts to make profits.

I suggest you never go to the Oval if you find that expensive. I remember paying £75 quid for a ticket to see Pakistan walk off a while back, and that was 12 years ago now I believe.

I know was looking at the Pakistan series near London and the south and all the prices are ridiculous.
Be jokes this year when no one hardly turn up.
Hopefully tickets prices will be better after 2020 If cricket survive till then.

Its worth noting that the Oval and Lords grounds are amazing and iconic places to enter. Going to a test at Lords has its downs, but there is a certain buzz and excitement about being in the place that makes you feel you are attending something significant. And they allow you a decent amount of free alcohol and food in, which makes it mostly an all encompassing ticket price.

I really like the Oval, great sporting venue.

Worth noting that apart from Perth, grounds in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane are all about 50,000 capacity and Melbourne is what, about 90,000?
