He doesn't actually give as much as they say. Most usually turn out to be a hoax. But he still gives some.

If CR scores that, there's no interest in it beyond the gratification of a small number of Portuguese. Him missing sent a pleasant little serotonin surge across the whole of the rest of Europe. Maybe beyond.
