Talk about well timed. ...

This will be much tougher as they were winning this game
And we have back to back tests so they won't have as long to recover
They said on TMS that when conceding a first innings lead of 100+ the side has only won 3% of the time in the history of test cricket
Which shows what a great win this was

was at the cinema, watching suicide squad.
good win from england nice to see Finn/Woakes step up
still doesn't make it right that people were wanting england to declare for 300 odd.
if a team does chase 300 or so after the other team declared hope it happens with australia, Warne can be annoying and their generally believe the win to lose crap.
bhaveshgor wrote:well played england good win also bodes well for india that the seam bowlers got good reverse swing in a dead wicket and that I believe finn or woakes bowled well didn't watch it was at the cinema.
wonder if england will go with a pace heavy attack in india and try to get wickets by reverse swing and not spin.

Could well be 2 spinners and 4 seamers
Unless one of stokes or woakes doesn't play

yep they probably do that I know rich is against the idea, but It might be the best way to go about it and not sure if england got another batsman to replace/vince/bairstow so they might as well play 6 bowlers and have bowlers that provide control and attack at the same time.
spinners bowl till the ball reverse and the pace men get unleashed and at the same time some pace men provide control.
but only works if the ball reverses and all 4 pace men bowl at a world class level.
Stokes will probably be let down alongside the spinners.
but the batting going to very weak, even if they bat till 8 or 9.
but it probably be the best team challenging india the most in india, will certainly be the best bowling attack they can come up with and then hope batting gets a score and does a bit of pakistan here and get a score in most of the test matches.
