I must be dreaming, someone needs to wake me up did england seriously win when bangladesh had like 40 odd runs to win with 6 wickets in hand.

A bitter pill for Bangladesh after heading for a win. Beaten more by cramp than the skill of England bowlers, nevertheless some fine batting performances from England and excellent fielding.

Is Mortaza the worst ODI captain out there?

Is supposed to be an all rounder but isn't contributing with ball or bat at the moment.

which is why he'll rarely get a bowl playing for Surrey.... their other spinners are already in the England side

still....... his occasional leggies might stand him in good stead when he turns out for the Surrey seconds

he'll be hoping that scoring heavily at Guildford will catch the eye of the England selectors

He took 2/52. Pretty good i'd say. Needs to do more with the bat if he's going to bat at 8 but his bowling is fine.

Much has changed in white ball cricket since the most recent of its many nadirs 18 months ago, but the resolve shown to win from yesterday's position is most certainly one of the most important differences

I think you'll find that the answer is green and crinkly..... not that it's green anymore, of course... or crinkly

which is fair enough, I suppose, as long as you acknowledge that that is the reason, and don't insult the people who've supported you all your career by suggesting that the reason is somehow more meaningful or profound than it really is
