Any idea why willey only bowled 6 overs.
surely plunkett, Stokes could have bowled 2 overs less each.
surely if you got 6 bowlers and they getting whacked you basically just share the load out especially when the batsman are picking Stokes and plunkett with ease.

Think they see him as only good for the early overs when some swing is on offer. Lack of pace makes him vulnerable in the later overs ?

But as you suggest , he could hardly have done any worse ! They do seem to stick to plan A despite the new image , new coach , etc. the batting has been modernized ; but not sure about the bowling.

I'd have given him one more at the start. But can't blame Morgan for keeping a few up his sleeve . Fact is , if three of your seamers bowl a load of rubbish , you're in trouble.

Actually think Moeen should have bowled more. He was dragged after one expensive over : could he really have gone for any more than those who did bowl ?

Rashid may be thankful he missed today.

the problem was trying to bowl yorkers and failing miserably to get it right

Good first over from Pandya . Run rate good so far but England are going to need a good proportion of sixes today in the middle and late overs : really need a huge innings from Buttler , Stokes - Morgan ? Probably two of them...
Can't let Jadeja go for five per over or less either.
