I'd guess Chris Old and Oram will make it. Graham Onions is a possible, if we're stuck.

There's a South African Owen-Smith, average 42 over 5 games, who could slot in ahead of one of those that haven't played a test.

Included Nawab of Pataudi (he did play under that name for part of his career) who was a prominent player for India. Junior, not senior who played for England. And David Ogilvie who briefly turned out for the Packer era Aussies. I rest there.
