been bowling full all series.
pick of the bowlers from both teams.

Watched the highlights of this test , the only action i have watched of this test series so far. He definitely did not bowl this length before this series.

lol cricviz got england all out just after lunch for around 309.
they have england batting for 102 overs.
they clearly made a mistake since it should surely be after tea or before tea.
england still need to face 76 overs to make 102 overs.

2 down now.

Tom's batting is not convincing for one down batter. Perhaps the lead advantage has made him look complacent. :hmmm

jennings probably given himself 2 innings still.
although I would really drop him since england really given themselves a problem for being stubborn and making awful selections.

Boycott has pointed out several flaws in Jennings' technique...far too much space between bat and pad for an opener. Much like Kuhn....

Rabada with the wicket.
Nobody has a stance quite like the mighty Shivnarine....

England running away with the game however well SA have bowled. Good performance after the debacle at Trent Bridge, but England usually competitive on helpful tracks, give or take the odd collapse. These are like the pitches Strauss dialled up for the Ashes Tests of 2015.
I always say that everybody's right.

England probably have enough already. Reckon they'll aim to kick on after lunch and declare at 400-450 lead.

Had to nip out for an hour...come back to see Root/Westley have added fifty - mostly by Root. All going pretty smoothly then...
Has Westley just been playing as an anchor ? Or have the SA bowlers just bowled the best lines to contain him ? Main thing - has he remained relaxed ?

Anyway there's his fifty :clap

I guess they haven't given him too many opportunities to play that shot this morning ? He pounced on that one...

Good effort - albeit less pressure in this situation . Playing Morkel etc never easy. Promising start.

been quite disappointed with the cricket, been very slow and dull.
in a summer of good test wickets bit disappointed haven't been able to see much cricket on the sunday or the mondays I don't work.
hopefully after the lunch break more runs are scored and some wickets fall when england bowl.
