Job done. The world can turn its attention to the decider at Lord's. Australia match England in gaining a good drawn series in BD.

Smith and Renshaw out, but all is well. Seven wickets to knock off 30 runs.

Got there in the end.

Great performance by Australia in the end. Lyon surely player of the series, with Warner performing well as well. :salute

BD got close to the seires win, but in the end, Australia had Lyon who helped negotiate the advantage the home team had on these pitches.

BD continue their development, and Australia still has so many questions to answer.

Wades last test me thinks, but i reckon Slapsie will be playing the first Ashes test.

Good effort from Australia to come back and draw the series - especially after losing the toss. Lyon was immense , as was Warner in an unaccustomed role . And Handscomb , whose innings after Smith got out effectively assured them of a decent first innings lead.

Do think Bangladesh were oddly passive in this match , especially with the ball ; and it cost them. Fear of winning ?

Anyway an entertaining short series :thumb

Bummer. Had a flat out day - working late - and didn't even think about the cricket until the test was over. It would have been good for a struggling Australia fan to pay attention to it - on the phone/cricinfo, at least - throughout the day.

Still, it looks like a great fightback test win for Aus. I like the fight and resolve that Aus have shown their last two Asian tours - in some of the tests, but not 100%, hence them winning neither series.

I agree with the thought of the Bangas being too timid in the field - too many years of copping thrashings?
Maybe
