Bhuvi out, but he has done a splendid job imo. Wasted good number of balls considering he is not a specialist batsman as well as scored handy 24 crucial runs. Well played. Most importantly approached the innings well with a sense of occasion. Some wonderful strokes like specialist batters in the runs scored.

Pretty tough for Pandya to miss out on a ton at Cape Town. I suppose it was a risk taking innings though.
SA should be well on top with a lead of around 50. My recollection of Newlands is that it gets hard to bat later on.... But I've checked and the innings averages are surprisingly even and the third innings is the lowest!: 36/31/27/31.

Arthur at least the test won't be one sided.
think it will be a close game because of the pitch conditions.
suspect batsman will score runs now, pace men less help than before, still enough to be a threat and more overs for the spinners and some purchase for them now.
should be a good game.
be intresting to see how Ashwin bowl here now.
