Jason Mohammed will captain a notably weakened West Indies side set to tour Pakistan for a three-match T20I series. With less than 72 hours to the first ball being bowled, there was increasing concern over the fate of the tour, but the announcement of the 13-man squad will come as a relief to the Pakistan Cricket Board, who had already begun to sell tickets for the three games to be played at the National Stadium Karachi.

West Indies squad: Jason Mohammad (capt), Samuel Badree, Rayad Emrit, Andre Fletcher, Andre McCarthy, Keemo Paul, Veerasammy Permaul, Rovman Powell, Denesh Ramdin (wk), Marlon Samuels, Odean Smith, Chadwick Walton, Kesrick Williams

Hussain Talat hit 42, Fakhar Zaman 39, Sarfraz ahmed 38 and Shoaib Malik 37 to propel Pakistan to a challenging 203-5. Keemo Paul, Rayad Emrit and Rovman Powell took one wicket each as the bowling attack was slaughtered. Malik, Mo Amir and Mo Nawaz then took two wickets each to skittle the West Indies out for an embarrassing 60 all out, Marlon Samuels topscoring with 20.

Ouch! Another worst WI side ever?

Only T20 though.

Another massive thrashing yesterday.
:horse
Babar made 97 not out. Talat made 63. Amir then took 3-22 and there were two wickets each for Shadab and Nawaz as the west indies doubled their score to 123 all out. Walton made 40 but there was not much else.

Unsurprisingly, Pakistan crushed the West Indies by eight wickets with more than three overs to spare to whitewash the series 3-0.

Despite knocks of 52 from 43 by andre Fletcher and 42 not out from 20 by Denesh Ramdin, and 32 from Marlon Samuels, the Windies could only make 153-6. Spinner Shadab Khan took 2-27. Babar hit 52 from 40, Fakhar 40 from 17, and Hussain Talat 32 not out to take Pakistan to another easy victory.
