FInally go fuller to him. Not sure I got how the Indian seamers and Kohli have set up since the break. As Nasser said, the way to get broad is short-full-short-full. He bats like Bambi on ice nowadays, target his stumps, then short to kkeep him moving back

I thought it was Sam who got out then. :no

The scores in the game are getting lower with each innings. Which is often a good sign for the team bowling last.

Poor ending from Curran.... refusing singles, then just flicks it to the cordon.

Hussain is talking about it being an excellent innings, but he just really hacked his way to 40 odd, then slogged a few

Finally Sam is out.

194 to win. It's not going to be easy the way we have batted in SA and here so far.

Indian batters can't complain the bowlers haven't set the game up for them.

Tough job for England, but what do they do? The last innings definately showed that while the ball will keep moving, after 30 overs it moved a lot less, and batting long looks possible after that point with the pace of the pitch a bit sluggish.

Do they go all out attack, or keep it tight and hope to pressure a series of off form batters.

Personally, I think they have to get the ball right up full, get the Indians playing. Rather lose quickly than let India walk to victory. Enough out there to make this diffcult

Need to attack. No point losing slowly.

One problem is they might be a bowler down. Broad apparently is feeling unwell

He is not a specialist batsman. Even Virat who scored 149 was dropped two times and missed edging and struggled until he made 100. It is his innings which has given England a chance to win.

Which is fine imo from someone who is not a specialist batsman. Runs scored by bowlers are anyways a bonus and he scored 63 from 65 balls. That's a contribution a specialist batsman would be proud of in this match. Even other batsmen who have scored 50+ have struggled having survived dropped catches and missed the edge many a times during their knocks. Only 4 batsmen have managed to score something in the 3 batting innings so far.
