Turns out that this is (rather oddly) a 7 match T20 series....don't see many of those.

It was another comprehensive Namibian victory today - however the Botswana bowling is improving. Banyana Gaanamong got career best figures of 4-30.

Stumbled across a rather odd Pakistan warm up game where the national team played the Under 17s of the North West Territories men's team.....plus (weirdly) veteran Pakistan player Javeria Rauf.

The women completely overpowered the youngsters - as you would have hoped - but the most impressive individual performance came from one of the male players - Mohamed Sidat.

Shows that as a unit the women's team were better but, what I can only assume is, a fairly average male batsmen got the best of a bowling unit that included three players for the top 50 best ranked in the world.

Again we saw the gulf between Associate nations and test playing nations yawn today after Zimbabwe's second wicket partnership of 73 doubled the entire score of Mozambique's in the first game in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Africa Qualifiers.

Sharne Mayers's 62 contributed to Zimbabwe's 198-3 whilst Mozambique got just 35.

Zimbabwe seem the team to beat as they completely smashed Tanzania in today.

In a more even game Namibia beat Uganda thanks to a fourfer from Irene Van Zyl.

Namibia posted 115-6 from their 20 overs and, reigning champions, Uganda kept it in sight - but regular wickets saw them fall 14 runs short.

Namibia are now top of Group B with Uganda in second.

Zimbabwe top Group A by some distance - their net run rate is 6.375 whikst second place Rwanda have just 1.079.

Another mismatched game today as Tanzania beat Nigeria by 86 runs.

Tanzania got 186-1 and Nigeria were skittle all out for 70 with figures of 4-0-8-4 for young bowler Nuro Tindo.

Despite no game being lost to rain, the South Africa v Pakistan series was tied after the two teams drew in the series decider.

New captain Sune Luus ended a poor series with the bat with a score of 80 to get South Africa to 265-6 with Pakistan matching them for the loss of 9 wickets.

Another mismatched series is in the offing as USA have beaten Canada by 10 wickets and 37 runs in the first two T"0s in that series.

Today's game was marked out by a decent 4-19 for 32 year old debutant Uzma Iftikhar,

Their win sees the USA clinch a spit for the Women's Word T20 Qualifiers in Scotland later this summer.

Canada are getting closer and closer- this time losing by just 35 runs chasing America's 116.

14 year old Lisa Ramjit's 3-11 was the highlight for the Yankees.

Elyse Perry is doing her best to make herself the best Australian Cricketer with her performances in England this Summer.

After her heroics in the ODI series, she has warmed up for the Test with a score of 101* overnight against the England Academy Women's team.

She was by far the best performer, after Australia looked in a spot of bother building on their large first innings lead. Australia were 37-3 and 66-4 but Perry pulled them back into contention.

Tomorrow is the final day of the fixture with an early Australia declaration looking likely.

Sophie Molineux was the hero today as Australia beat the England Academy by 240 runs.

After she scored 33* in the morning, Molineux went on to get 4 wickets to wrap up the match in favour of the Aussies. Molineux has had a good game after hitting a 62 ball 65 in the first innings.

Stumbled across a nominal South Africa Emerging vs Bangladesh Emerging game today....wherein most of the players were full internationals.

South Africa won by 47 runs as Bangladesh found the Saffers total of 198 too steep an ask - however it could have been much worse if it was not for Ritu Moni - a veteran of 16 ODIs for Bangladesh. Her 4-33 limited South Africa - she then followed this up with the second highest score with the bat in an innings where 8 Bangladesh batsmen were out for less than 4.

An ICC Women's Global Development Team has been playing against two of the KSL teams as a warm-up/development game over the last three days.

Today the ICC team beat the Surrey Stars thanks to 62* from Pakistan's Javeria Khan - Khan finishes the top scorer in the competition with 178 runs in 6 matches.

In the second game of the day, a re-ordered and slightly weaker ICC batting line up got absolutely mullered by the Southern Vipers. Maia Bouchier was one of two players to get 69 as the Vipers got to 192/2 - only for the Global Development team to get a mere 87 for the loss of six wickets.

Today Scotland beat Thailand's world-record breaking run of wins at 17 after handing them a defeat in the Netherlands.

After having defeated the home country to surpass Australia's record of 16 wins on the trot, Thailand fell at the very next hurdle in their Quadrangular series.

Sarah Bryce's uneaten 63* proved the spine for Scotland's successful chase of 124.

Thailand and Scotland are now the top two of the competition, completed by Ireland in third with one win and two losses and Netherlands who have lost three of three.

In the other game Ireland put on a record of their own of 213/4 - the highest total for an Irish women side and the second highest score for any Irish representative side of any gender - however rain stopped play and the game was abandoned

Thailand have bounced back from that loss to start their streak off again with a HUGE victory over Netherlands.

After setting the pace with an under-par 133-8 - Thailand then blasted the Dutch out for just 40.

Suleeporn Laomi bagged incredible figures of 4-1-11-3

Thailand finished top of the 4 team tournament with five wins and a loss. Scotland and Ireland finished in second and third and Netherlands rounded it all off with 5 losses and a NRR of -4.133.
