Wonder what would have happened if Campbell had been hurt and had to have a concussion test. Imagine windies losing and it coming back negative, but the batter was forced off the field to get a quick test.

Hypothetical as he's stayed on

Campbell has the last laugh and ends the game. Sore nose and sore toes, but he might not mind.

Been a good test, fingers crossed we get another two this competitive. England once again losing it by dismal top order batting....100/5 often doesn't equal regular success.

Well done windies

Cricinfo predicted Blackwood or Chase would be left out. WI made the right choice in picking them both. Or were lucky that it came off.

Great result for WI. Big upset and I'm not sure anyone was expecting this.

Still have England to win the series though, unless its going to be one of those wet summers....

The graphics seem terrible. I'm constantly seeing random numbers flashing infront of my eyes while music sounding like i'VE JUST WON THE JACKPOT ON A PUB FRUIT MACHINE UNEXPECTEDLY BLARES OUT. But otherwise I'm getting used to it. The chat and interviews aren't unusually stupid and it's not their fault they have to stand miles apart like REO Speedwagon playing an outdoor arena in 1982. If sometimes I don't know what's going on, that's probably my fault. The hype is a bit indigestable.

I've really struggled with it. Perhaps it's just that I was expecting an ad free, competition free, Mark Nicholas free piece of cricketing TV gold and didn't get it

Congrats to the West Indies on a thoroughly well deserved win. Once again England put themselves in a difficult position in a 3 match series by being a bit dozy on the first couple of days. Still.... cricket being played is more important than an England win.

The world is telling the England management that Denly has to make way for Root and this test would have have been won if they'd picked Broad, so no doubt that is what will happen in the next test. Woody will probably make way for Broad and we'll probably then be told by the 'experts' that England lost the next test because the pace attack was too one dimensional. Stokes apart, I don't think that any of the England bowlers did themselves justice..... and batting concentration continues to be a problem. The WIndies probably won that test because they didn't lose wickets in clusters every time they began to put themselves in a half decent position or began to look as though they were going to drag themselves out of a hole.

Is there a reason why Hope is always down on the BBC and crapinfo scorecards as S Hope and Brathwaite as K Brathwaite?

are there more than one Brathwaite and Hope in the WI squad? (there might be, of course)

My queries.

Why did Bess bowl so little on the last day when the reason for batting first was that it might allow England to bowl last on a wearing pitch?

Why was Stokes walking around his crease most balls, like he was Viv Richards on 150 facing Derek Pringle (not fighting for the edge in a close game)?

England blew the game by missing so many chances in the field, not for the first time. WI shouldn't have chased 200 and wouldn't have if England had held most of their chances and not fluffed run outs.

Root will come in for Denly. I'd bring in Leach for Bess and Broad for Wood, and if that means they have to bring in a batter at eight, then Woakes for Archer. But it wouldn't be terrible if the attack stayed the same and they just fielded better. And Foakes for Buttler. That's a lot of change, but then I didn't like the side selected much.
I always say that everybody's right.
