The fact is, it was predictable. A lot of failures brought us to this moment, and it's going to take a lot more to snap out of it and become a good side again....

But for me it's simple....the future of this side is the present unless we finally embrace some cutting changes. The aftermath needs to be brutal..... From the very top to the very bottom.

the only time they asked questions was after 06/07. Since the Mitchwash I rather think it has just become expected and accepted at England HQ. Doubtless they'll bluster for a bit for appearances sake, but nothing will happen other than lip service and a bit of fiddling around the edges
