He is playing for South Africa at the moment so will miss quite a few games

Maharaj is first choice SA spinner and Harmer is playing primarily because they're in Bangladesh, so I'm hoping Harmer will still play a lot of county cricket. The gamble is if Harmer completely outperforms Maharaj and he becomes first choice spinner. Maharaj took 7 fer the other day.

I'm also hoping that even in a worst case scenario, and Harmer gets carted around with the SA squad, that a half season Harmer is still likely to be worth 1000+ points
