I'll go with what Durham said. I should have made a ruling before the series really. So you have your first sub from the start of the 2/4 innings.

I should have picked more bowlers. NZ in June and I picked three batsmen, what was I thinking?

I have the one bowler. 1 wicket so far, I think. It's alright though, as I think my four batters have managed something like 20 runs between them.

I don't think I will have ever scored more FL points in a single test match than this one. Double bubble for Root helps

Do I lose Leach or get one of my two in?

You've already got Patel in as sub because Brook was left out so your concussion sub is Joe Root.

Twelve teams, these are the captains.

Root-6
Stokes-4
Bairstow-1
Williamson-1.

So Prof will get an advantage if JB1 does well, and Mike if KW does. Everyone else will share the bonus around a bit.

Here are the scores from the first Test.

Potts...184
Blundell...182
Root...171
Anderson...163
Southee...163
Jamieson...150
Boult...112
Broad...103
Foakes...99
Stokes...87
de Grandhomme...68
Bairstow...67
Pope...47
Crawley...52
Williamson...17
Conway...16
Latham...15
Patel...11
Leach...0

DNP...Brook, Henry.

Score for Prof's Leach/Root combo is same as Root, because neither player scored any points in the first NZ innings.
I always say that everybody's right.

Or later today.

Durham...926
Red...821
Twins...712
Gingerpele...676
Arthur...664
Redjr...661
DD...605
Mike...575
Alfie...531
BFL...528
GJ...528
Professor...436

Yes, GJ and BFL have the same team and star player.

Durham off running free with a bowler heavy selection. Red doing well given he didn't star Joe Root. Also with a lot of bowlers. Feels like they knew something!

See you in Nottingham.
