Looks like it was a mistake to drop Gregory. I did so after he had an indifferent season last year (injuries, perhaps?).

Obviously it hasn't punished me yet, but there's a long way to go...

Gregory is the sort of player who could drop at any moment... a bit like Ben Coad, Liam Norwell and TRJ.... but if any of these players do stay fit for most of the season, they are likely to score bucketloads of points. It's just a case of getting lucky, because these are often the defining players who win FL's for their posters. Last year I had Keith Barker (I think I might have been the only one) and he stayed fit all season and tucked in. This year he's struggled and has now missed the last two matches, presumably with injury. He might have been carrying something in the first 2 games because he couldn't buy a wicket and scored a lot of his average totals with his bat

It's a long season and a long FL. It might be that Gregory pulls a hammy and misses a clutch of matches and Barker comes back fighting fit and starts scoring heavily later

Very good week from my players, picking a lot of all rounders seems to have worked
