The weather radar they showed suggested that after 13h00, it seems pretty clear. So, it seems we will get a possible two sessions in, and with it, a result

BBC states the rain has stopped and there are hopes of a start at 13.10/50m time, after the revised lunch break.

Play to begin in 45m, at 14.15. Seems likely to be a limited period of play possible.

Australia so far look like they want to see out the England pace attack's first spell. Cautious start...

Boland goes to Broad .... but he did his job, 20 runs as nightwatchman.

121-4.... this is going to be tight.

32 added for that partnership is a big bonus for the lucky country.

Assuming that we do get 54 overs, the run rate shouldn't pose too much problems yet... but I doubt we will get that many overs in, especially if England want to slow things down. Australia need to start looking to score if they want to win.

Four catches in this innings for JB1. Might cheer him up.

Khawaja has batted for 11 hours in the game. Hasn't looked in much trouble, but no second gear so far.

Big POTM favourite, to date.

Yeah, fancied hitting Ali out the attack, but fair play to Ali, he floated a nice ball up and drew the mistake.

150-5.... which feels like 4, as the number 11 is already out. Going to be very tight
