That must mean someone who played both international cricket and domestic leagues in multiple countries. That said, these days there's a number of T20 mercenaries that could apply to.

I'll start the guessing with Warne, on the basis that he played Australia and English domestic, big bash and IPL, and won a lot of those domestic games, as well as beating every international team.
