I don't think it's possible for England's NRR to drop below Scotland after they scored at 11 an over in their innings, no matter how close Namibia get.

Ireland-Pakistan is a dead rubber (as was India Canada), but it seems unlikely that will go ahead either.

I'm sure they're not deliberately trying to throw the game, but given there is absolutely nothing but pride on the line for them, it's hard to get yourself up to give 100%.
