Potts has an early breakthrough. Only thing is conditions are excellent for batting and there have been several games in the past few years where Durham went into day 4 seemingly poised for victory and ended up only taking a couple of wickets all day. New ball could be important.

Well, I wasn't expecting that to happen so quickly. Potts 9-68, seemed to be bowling on a different wicket to everyone else.
Probably his last appearance of the season too so a very timely win.
Effectively safe in division 1 now - maybe just as well given it's Surrey next
