I think it was important for Robbo that he stayed in right to the end and score the winning runs. It might do his confidence a bit of good

Rhodes batted pretty well in both innings under the circumstances

a valuable win for us and just desserts for Worcs. That pitch was a shocker

Lees dragged it onto his stumps again. the same shot in both innings. He does that a lot, I think, early in his innings.....trying to smash wide balls before his feet get moving

A bit of a farcical game where just over 100 to win felt like the game was still in the balance! Rhodes did well, if he had gone cheaply it could have caused a panic. That 20 was probably worth about 70 in normal conditions.

Steady progress. 106-2 at the halfway point. Pity we lost Bates early. She hit the ball well enough but straight to Glenn at midwicket. Bryce slowed us down with some accurate bowling. Nothing to hit and no pace to work with

Blimey, what a collapse that was. For a very long time 250 looked nailed on, but Notts put a bowler on so that they could bowl Glenn from the other end, she bowled a loosener which Villiers smacked straight down the throat of midwicket and before you knew what had happened we were 6 down. In the end, with 5 runs needed and only 3 wickets left 200 looked difficult. As 199-8 became 199-9 I didn’t think we’d get there. We did thanks to a thick edge that could have gone anywhere, but fell safe

Target is 201 so we’ll have to bowl very well. This Notts batting line up is full of internationals
